At first glance (and second, and third) those words don’t appear to belong in the same sentence.
Ahhh, but they can. I discovered these wonderful delights over at this sweeet blog and made them right away, thanks to my small but mighty stockpile of BPA-free cans of Native Forest coconut milk. The full fat variety.
I did what she suggested, letting the contents of one can sit in the fridge overnight, and blended it with stevia and rich, very dark cocoa powder.
Oh my.
One can is simply not enough.
The great news is that it’s candida diet-friendly, and ok for paleo and all sorts of other diet restrictions. You can make yours with sugar or maple syrup too, I’m sure. Is it Gaps-friendly too, I wonder?
I think I need to buy an entire case of coconut milk.
